Expage

Adding cut and paste code to your site hosted by Expage is simple enough. The problem is that the link images simply do not show - no matter what you try.

The reason for that is that Expage does not allow link images from other sites - and to make sure that there are none, the Expage 'publisher' actually changes your page code.

For example, what you pasted included code like this: <img src="bravenet-link.gif">

But once the page goes on line, that code is changed to: <img ___="bravenet-link.gif:>

Once Expage has changed your code, it's no surprise that your images do not appear. The simple solution is to avoid image links, and just use straightforward text links for outside services.
