Put your cursor in the bottom box on the left & click once.
Hold down the left mouse button* and scroll across some words (they'll turn blue) then release mouse button.
Click on EDIT on the toolbar (top left), and then click on COPY in the drop-down menu
Move cursor to bottom box on the right, & click once
Click on EDIT on the toolbar (top left), and then click on PASTE in the drop-down menu
Repeat until tired :)
* - right mouse button if you use a left-handed mouse.
