Xoom's Position

XOOM.com provide members with unlimited web space. Unlimited Web Space, as defined by XOOM.com, is comprised of hypertext markup language (html) and associated files, intended solely for the audio/visual presentation of the Xoom.com members' web pages. The spirit of unlimited free space is specifically not intended as a storage facility for members' personal digital files. Using it as such is a violation of XOOM.com's Terms of Service.

What this means to me is that you can put as much as you want of whatever you want (subject to other terms in Xoom's TOS) on your own personal space at Xoom. But - it is freely available only when viewing your pages at Xoom and not when the digital files are accessed from another server.
