Yuck! These comments look horrible and they aren't going to match my web site! Guess what? You can change the row colours; you can change the font used; you can change the font colours; and you can change more things - all in the configuration file without having to dig through the scripting.
And those captcha images are rubbish! Fine, you can use your own - any shape/size/colour etc. All by making adjustments in the config file.
And you don't like the next and previous images? Those too can be changed to whatever images you want to use - as long as you name them next.gif and previous.gif the script will work perfectly.
